Known for inventive cuisine and creative use of unfamiliar ingredients, Chef David Quintana leads the Dot Dot Dot kitchen as the Executive Chef. He is a well-respected culinary expert, working at Michelin Star restaurant, WD~50, training under several seasoned professionals, and teaching chef-driven college courses. He combines strong technical skills, creativity and wit to drive the food program at Dot Dot Dot.
Quintana spent most of his young adult years in Waxhaw, NC and began his career at Raintree Country Club. There he found a passion for cooking, as the kitchen staff urged him to make his own meals and be resourceful. As he transitioned into a young chef, Quintana studied and trained with the best, readying him for his current position as Executive Chef of Dot Dot Dot.
