Early into his illustrious career in the Hospitality Industry, Stephen recognized his passion and drive for service excellence. This passion has continued to drive him throughout his entire career and has helped him, and the places he worked, win many awards. He brings this drive and passion with him to Dot Dot Dot, where he strives to make sure Dot Dot Dot is operationally and experientially perfect.
Stephen has developed a wide range of skills in the Hospitality Industry thanks to his resume and tenures working at places like The Lodge at Sea Island (Forbes Travel Guide Five Star & Relais & Châteaux Hotel), Five Years with The Ritz-Carlton Brand, and most recently The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge, where he helped obtain the recently lost Forbes Travel Guide Four Star award for the Gallery Restaurant within his first 90-days of employment. These experiences, combined with his Culinary Arts and Food Service Management degrees, allow Stephen to make Dot Dot Dot the wonderful experience it is for all involved.
