Fat Boy Baltic Porter Aged in Dot Dot Dot’s Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrel
Fat Boy is OMB’s biggest beer. But it’s not obvious when you taste it. Its strength is wrapped in a rich malty sweetness that has notes of caramel, toffee and chocolate. This bold, full-bodied, dark beer exhibits a complex character that hints of prunes and raisins. It’s very smooth, owing to the use of lager yeast and extended cold conditioning.

One of our favorite wines is Frank Family Zinfandel from Napa Valley, California. This wine appears ruby in color, and aromas of black pepper, savory spices, and ripe red fruits waft out of the glass. This bright, fresh Zinfandel has a smooth, silky mouthfeel, and bold flavors of grilled plum, fruit compote, and fresh raspberries entice the palate. Complex savory and spiced berry layers of flavor with just the right amount of acidity prevail all the way through the wine’s lengthy finish.
One of Andrew's favorite cocktails for the Winter months is the "Penicillin." Andrew uses Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, local honey, ginger, lemon, and floats McClelland’s Single Malt Islay Scotch on top. This sipper is served over a large ice cube and is garnished with a piece of crystallized ginger!
This Single Barrel Bourbon was hand picked by the Dot Dot Dot staff and is featured in our House Manhattan. You can only sample this bourbon here at Dot Dot Dot so Bourbon lovers and cocktail enthusiasts come check it out soon before it’s gone!
"Fried Chicken" cold-smoked, marinated, and fried, celeriac purée, house fermented sorghum hot sauce, petít braising greens. Cold smoking is a process that smokes meat without exposing it to heat, usually at temperatures below 85°F (30°C). During the smoking process, the smoke is usually generated in a chamber separate from the meat and passed through pipes so that it cools before it reaches the meat. More intensely smoked meats will be smoked longer, while other cooks smoke meats briefly for a hint of flavor.
