Award-winning and a 25 year veteran of the Hospitality Industry, Stefan Huebner has almost done it all. MATT DEERING

Chef de Cuisine Matt Deering was born and raised in Charlotte, coming from a family of handymen and women. His parents were incredible examples of how hard work, and the experience of real-world skills and scenarios could bring great success, and he applies all he’s learned to his cooking.

He was never passed down recipes from his family, often being the head chef in his own home, so he has always been a blank slate, open to new styles of cuisine and culture.
