Daniel Wheeler

For Daniel Wheeler, Dot Dot Dot’s Executive Chef, a great menu is where three elements collide: creative imagination, dedicated local purveyors, and technical precision. His experiences as Sous Chef at Wisteria Southern Gastropub and Chef de Cuisine at Highland Avenue Restaurant taught him that skills get perfected with practice and dedication, and working closely with local farmers elevate the ingredients to work with. As Executive Chef, he plans to use his passion for imaginative cuisine to provide farm-to-fork experiences to delight each Member.
